I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Counselor Addictions Specialist and certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. in North Carolina. My office is located in Charlotte, and I serve clients from all over the state with both in-office visits and Teletherapy options. I earned a Masters's in Counseling from South University in Columbia, SC, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from National University in IL.

In 2015 I decided to dedicate myself solely to the wellness industry and set a direction to open a private practice; Art of Care Counseling is my life's motivation.

I have a Triple P accreditation (Positive Parenting Program, Level 3) through Mecklenburg county and continue to focus on certifications and continuing education in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma, and Internal Family Systems.

I see a client's strengths and strongly believe in their ability to achieve change. My clinical therapeutic focus includes a particular passion for anyone suffering from any level of depression, debilitating anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. I enjoy volunteering with local organizations like Goodwill and Mental Health of America the Central Carolinas. My real aim is to support people in positive change so they can love who they are and their life. I do this through careful treatment planning, care, and client collaboration.

I am also very committed to eliminating the stigma of therapy in all communities.
